Candle Care Instructions

To get the best experience from your candles and ensure their longevity, follow these simple care tips:

  1. Trim the Wick: Before each burn, trim the wick to about 1/4 inch. This prevents excessive smoking, soot, and a too-large flame.
  2. First Burn - Important! Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface on the first burn. This helps prevent tunneling and ensures an even burn for the life of the candle.
  3. Burn Time: To avoid overheating, do not burn your candle for more than 3-4 hours at a time. Let it cool before relighting.
  4. Keep Away from Drafts: Place your candle on a flat, heat-resistant surface away from drafts, children, pets, and flammable items.
  5. Do Not Burn to the Bottom: For safety, stop burning your candle when about 1/2 inch of wax remains. This prevents overheating the container.
  6. Storage: Keep your candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance and wax quality.
