Can I place an order without creating an account?
Entered my address incorrectly , what should I do?
If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email us immediately at matricaink@gmail.com so We can adjust it before shipping out your order!
When will my order arrive?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within 3 to 7 days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
How do I care for my candle?
Always trim wick to 1/4 inch before lighting and keep debris out of wax pool. Never burn longer than 4-hour intervals. Set candle on heat-resistant surface and avoid drafts. Always burn within sight and extinguish before leaving room. Don’t burn near things that catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Don’t extinguish with water. Always let wax harden before relighting, touching or moving.
Do you use color in your candles?
MatricaInk is free from artificial colorants.

We use a phthalate free high quality fragrance oil.
